- Longer duration for customized or out of stock hardware. You’ll be notified via email.
- IPMI access is on-demand basis. You’re required to submit ticket for such request.
- Minimum one month subscription. We don’t provide refund for early cancellation.
- OS can be reinstall via client portal. However, if you need our assistance, OS re-installation charge at RM100 per installation
- Game Server, Torrent, P2P, or Streaming Server is NOT allowed to host on above server plans.
- Above server plans come with 100Mbps shard bandwidth and on best effort basis. Standard bandwidth come with 90% local / 10% international mixed.
